Liposuction
Liposuction slims and reshapes areas of the body by removing excess fat deposits and improving your body contours and proportion.
Body Contouring
Losing weight can offer many health benefits as well as help you feel and look better, but sometimes can leave you with extra or saggy skin in some areas of your body.
Body Contouring is a surgical procedure that will remove excess sagging fat and skin while improving the shape of the underlying support tissue. The result is a more normal appearance with smoother, more natural looking contours.
Fat Transfer
Instead of wasting fat during liposuction, some or all of this fat can be reinjected back into your breasts, hands, face, buttocks (or anywhere else you desire) in order to restore volume and give a more youthful appearance.
Thigh Lift
A surgical thigh lift may be right for you if your efforts to lose weight and look fit haven’t given you the results you hoped for. Thigh lift surgery reshapes the thigh by reducing excess skin and fat to create smoother, toned contours of the thighs and lower body.
Tummy Tuck

Breast Augmentation
Breast Augmentation, sometimes referred to as a “boob job” is a procedure where breast implants or fat transfer is used to increase the size of your breasts. The procedure can also restore breast volume lost after losing weight or pregnancy.
Brachioplasty
A surgical brachioplasty or “arm lift” may be right for you if you have lost a considerable amount of weight and have loose arm skin that sags or flaps around and you have trouble finding appropriately fitting shirts/clothing. Brachioplasty surgery reshapes the arms by reducing excess skin and fat to create smoother, toned contours of the arms.
Breast Lift
Mastopexy or breast lift can restores the shape of sagging breast tissue giving a more youthful, perky breast. While this surgery does not change the overall size of the breast, this can be combined with fat grafting or augmentation to give larger and perkier breasts.
Explant / Breast Implant Illness
Some patients will opt to have their breast implants removed for a variety of reasons/desires. Furthermore, a small percentage of patients who have breast augmentation may develop symptoms consistent with breast-implant associated illness, including brain fog, confusion, joint pain, and weight gain. These procedures can often be done in the office, under local anesthesia, or be done in the operating room and combined with capsulectomy, breast lift, and/or fat grafting.
Earlobe Repair
Earlobe repair is usually necessary for patients who have gauge or other larger piercing holes they want closed, keloids, or traumatic earring tears. In either case, we can generally repair earlobes as a same day office procedure under local anesthesia.
BOTOX / Fillers
A BOTOX® injection is one of the easiest, most convenient and effective ways to rejuvenate your face, reducing the outward appearance of aging in the form of lines, wrinkles, crow’s feet, and more. Many people follow a strict regimen of timely BOTOX injections to maintain the appearance of youth in perpetuity while others get touch-ups before special occasions, such as class reunions, holidays, important events, or family photographs.

Facelift/Necklift
A facelift is a surgical procedure that improves visible signs of aging in the face and neck of patients who feel they have sagging skin, deep fold lines between the nose and corner of the mouth, fat that has fallen or disappeared, and even loose skin and fat of the neck that can appear as a double chin.
Facelifts are not the magic cure-all for aging, nor does it fundamentally change your appearance. Facelifts are can only be performed surgically.
Reconstructive Surgery
Mommy Makeover
Child bearing is very demanding on your body and many women are dissatisfied with their appearance after giving birth. Pregnancy and breastfeeding can have a negative impact on the breasts and abdomen. Mothers find that their breasts have changed in volume and may have begun to sag. Abdominal areas may have stretch marks and be loose no matter the exercise regimen. Many women find it difficult to return to the pre-pregnancy form.
Eyelid Surgery
Blepharoplasty, or eyelid lift, can be done for cosmetic, functional, or both reasons. Upper eyelid surgery can often be done in the office under local anesthesia whereas lower eyelid surgery is typically done under sedation or general anesthesia in the operating room.
Breast Reduction
If you have large breasts with neck pain, back pain, bra strap grooving, tension headaches, and failure with conservative management (e.g. weight loss, specialty fitting bra, massage or chiropractor), you may be a candidate for medically necessary breast reduction with lift.
DIEP Flap Breast Reconstruction
Breast Cancer is a challenging process for patients, often involving multiple surgeries, chemotherapy, and radiation. Dr. Deramo is one of only a few providers who offers flap based breast reconstruction in Utah, expanding options for patients not interested in implants or desire to use their abdominal tissue
Implant Based Breast Reconstruction
Breast Cancer is a challenging process for patients, often involving multiple surgeries, chemotherapy, and radiation. Every patients has different desires and for patients who wish to have implants after mastectomy, Dr. Deramo offers several options for reconstruction.
Targeted Muscle Reinnervation
Roughly 50% of patients who undergo lower extremity amputation will suffer debilitating phantom limb pain or neuromas. Dr. Deramo offers targeted muscle reinnervation, a newer and innovative procedure, to reassign the nerves thought responsible for this pain to give a more functional, pain-free life.
Microvascular Tissue Transfer/Limb Salvage
Patients with devastating limb injuries who otherwise would be offered amputation at other facilities may have another option … limb salvage! Dr. Deramo is one of a few people in Utah who offers this service, combining his microvascular training, nerve surgery experience, and relationships with Orthopedic and Vascular surgeons to give patients a chance at limb salvage.
